CB Risk Administration - Associate (India)

Job Description

CB Risk Administration is responsible for driving continuous improvement to CB Risk processes, operations and controls to maximize risk management efficiency, innovation and operational excellence by employing a holistic view, engaging with stakeholders, advocating for risk and providing concierge service.

This role within Commercial Banking Risk Administration will provide support to the CB Risk organization for its records/data management, entitlement/access administration and other adhoc credit administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CB Risk Business Process Owner in maintaining proper role-based systems access profiles and user certifications.
  • Partner with the CB Risk access profile owners to manage criteria, identify exceptions, and resolve out of profile entitlements.
  • Support the Records Management Steward and Information Owners completion of data classification, destruction, and user access requirements in CB Risk share point, share drive, and physical data stores
  • Support SharePoint governance including permission recertifications
  • Communicate required actions to impacted stakeholders and drive timely execution
  • Track progress and provide status reporting to key stakeholders
  • Other major responsibilities will be to assist in managing CB Risk with adhoc projects, data management requests, and other reporting.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of professional experience related to financial services, risk management, compliance or legal
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
  • High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure

Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Systems user access management experience
  • Data analytics experience
